Refund policy

• 50% down payment non-refundable at the time of booking.
• 50% non-refundable balance at least 60 days prior to flying in day, otherwise hunt is cancelled.

Last West Outfitting highly encourages its clients to subscribe to a traveling assurance at the time of booking their hunt.

Force Majeure and Weather-Related Circumstances

"Force Majeure" means circumstances and conditions beyond the control of the Party affected which render it impossible for that Party to fulfillits obligations under this Agreement or which will delay such fulfillment. Force Majeure shall include pandemic, war, acts of God, a foreign enemy, civil war, earthquake, flood, fire, heavy snow fall or other natural physical disaster, strikes, change in government policy or legislation or other matters similar in nature or severity to the herein mentioned. 
Delay in, or failure of, a Party to carry out the duties, undertakings or obligations imposed on that Party shall not be deemed to be a breach if such delay or failure results from an event of Force Majeure.

In the event that travel services are disrupted, postponed, or canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions including, but not limited to, wildfires, flooding, heavy snowfall, or other natural events beyond the control of the parties, Last West Outfitting shall not be held liable for any resulting losses, delays, or expenses. 

Should such conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed with the scheduled itinerary/hunt, Last West Outfitting reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the travel package. Where possible, affected clients may be offered alternative dates subject to availability and potential rebooking fee. In any case, there will be no refund as refunds have to be dealt with the clients' traveling insurance Company.

This clause is intended to protect both parties from obligations rendered impossible by environmental or safety circumstances.
